Over the course of two years, I've had the privilege of training under Coach Tip, and throughout this journey, I've consistently grown and learned. This is a wonderful gym with a very friendly atmosphere. Tarah and Tip are great and very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. “I feel so fortunate to have found PDX Fitness Gym!! Tarah was referred to me by one of my dear friends who has trained with her for years. She and her husband Tip have created a wonderful space to keep in shape and progress. This small studio has all new equipment and wonderful trainers are very inspiring to me!! And since it’s small they play the music you like so of course I got Grateful Dead!! i am very careful due to COVID and I feel very safe here, they take my temperature every time, clean after i use after each machine. They even have a hands free water bottle filler!”
